St Victor, just a stone's throw away from the Old Port, is a lively and authentic neighborhood, at the foot of the Bonne Mère, away from the crowds while still being central. The rue d'Endoume is bustling with small shops, while the rues Sainte and Neuve Sainte Catherine are filled with bars, restaurants and decoration boutiques. The main advantage of the neighborhood is its proximity to the main points of interest in Marseille. You can do everything on foot. The Old Port, the Pharo Palace, the beach of Catalans, Notre Dame de la Garde, etc.
The apartment is a large one-bedroom apartment of 52 sqm, located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a well-maintained building. It consists of an entrance with storage, a large bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, separate toilet. Facing south with an unobstructed view of the hill of Notre-Dame de la Garde, all rooms overlook a dead-end street, so it's very quiet. All windows have been replaced (double glazing) and are equipped with wooden shutters and curtains. The large bay window in the living room opens onto the hill of the Bonne Mère.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed for daily sleeping (high density foam mattress of 15 cm and slatted base) 140 x 200.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) is provided.
Kitchen
Induction hob, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
Basic products are provided for your use.
Bathroom & Wc
Functional bathroom with towel radiator, large shower 170 x 90, sink and mirror.
Towels are provided.
Separate toilet.

Localisation et access
The apartment address is 25 rue Marignan, 13007 Marseille.
It is located in a very central location in Marseille that allows you to do everything on foot. The area is also very well served by public transport and access to the motorway is less than 5 minutes away via the Rampe Saint Maurice.
Arriving by car: from the A7, follow the direction of Vieux Port and take the tunnel. After the tunnel, take the Vieux Port exit. Along the quai Rive Neuve and then take a right onto rue du Chantier, then right again onto rue Sainte. Then go up rue d'Endoume which crosses boulevard de la Corse / boulevard de la Corderie. Rue Marignan will then be on the left. Free and unrestricted parking is available on the streets. Paid parking is available at Q-Park Corderie (500 mts) and Indigo Vieux Port La Criée (700 mts).
Arriving by public transport from the Saint Charles station: take the M1 metro towards La Fourragère and get off at the VIEUX PORT station. Then, with the same ticket, take either bus 55 towards Roucas Blanc, stop at Chantecler, or bus 80 towards Eglise d'Endoume, stop at Endoume Tellène. For your trips, many bus stops are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: Chanteclerc stop (160 mts, line 55), Endoume Tellène stop (160 mts, lines 61 and 80), St Victor stop (350 mts, lines 54, 55, 60, 61, 80).
Arriving from Marseille Provence airport: take a shuttle bus (16€/pers/return) to the Saint Charles station and follow the directions above (shuttle bus every 10 minutes just outside the arrival terminal) or a taxi (50/60€).
Main tourist sites (distance and walking time): Notre-Dame de la Garde (14 minutes uphill, 10 minutes downhill), Vieux Port (8 minutes), Palais du Pharo (14 minutes), Plage des Catalans (15 minutes), Vallons des Auffes (22 minutes), Canebière (16 minutes), embarkation point for the Frioul Islands or the shuttle (15 minutes), Mucem (30 minutes), St Charles station (35 minutes).
