Welcome to our secluded holiday home, the Belvédère du Garlaban, ideally located to fully enjoy the beauty of the Provence region.
Our single-story house offers a comfortable space with three beautiful double bedrooms, one of which has its own ensuite bathroom/WC. You will also find a spacious living room, an elegant veranda with dining area and open kitchen, as well as a second bathroom with WC. For your comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned, and its generous area spans 120m².
Outside, you'll have access to vast spaces on a 7000m² plot, including a fully private area equipped with a plancha, garden furniture, and sun loungers. You can also enjoy a 10x5m swimming pool, a petanque court, and plenty of parking spaces. Our property is attached to our main residence but benefits from an independent entrance to preserve your privacy.
During your stay, you can relax to the sound of cicadas and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. We'll be discreet but available to provide you with information about the region's attractions and make your stay unforgettable. In addition to this house, we also offer two highly-rated holiday apartments in Marseille, where we have been awarded Superhost status since 2018 on Airbnb, as well as .
Access to our property from Aubagne is via a small, lightly-traveled, paved road, with a motorized gate for your safety and peace of mind. We recommend having a vehicle, as our location, although peaceful, is somewhat isolated, and the nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk away.

The rental rate includes bed linen and towels, and no cleaning fee is charged, provided the house is returned in a clean condition.

A starter kit with basic products will be provided for your use.

Ensuite bathroom with large shower and toilets for the Garlaban suite.
Additionnal bathroom and toilets with shower.
Bathroom towels are provided, just bring your beach towels for the pool.
